1. Introduction At Look My Property, operated by Sampangis Look My Property Pvt Ltd, we prioritize user satisfaction. This policy details the terms for cancellations and refunds for services purchased through our website (lookmyproperty.com) and our mobile application.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Property Listings: Users have the right to cancel or delete their property listings at any time via their account dashboard.

  • Premium Subscriptions/Paid Ads: Cancellation requests for paid advertisements must be submitted before the ad is approved or goes live on the platform.

  • Service Requests: Any secondary service requests can be cancelled within 24 hours of payment, provided the execution of the service has not commenced.

3. Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Services: Fees paid for property listings, featured advertisements, or premium membership plans are non-refundable once the service is activated or the ad goes live.

  • Duplicate Transactions: In the event of a technical glitch resulting in a duplicate payment, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 7-10 working days.

  • Service Failure: If we fail to deliver a promised premium service due to an internal technical error, a pro-rata refund may be granted upon a valid verified request.

5. Refund Processing All eligible refunds are processed through our payment partner, PhonePe, and will be credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
