Service Requests: Any secondary service requests can be cancelled within 24 hours of payment, provided the execution of the service has not commenced.
3. Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Services: Fees paid for property listings, featured advertisements, or premium membership plans are non-refundable once the service is activated or the ad goes live.

Duplicate Transactions: In the event of a technical glitch resulting in a duplicate payment, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 7-10 working days.
