- Subscriber: A User who has registered for additional features or services on LookMyProperty.
- Advertiser: A User who publishes property listings, ads, or other promotional content on LookMyProperty.
- Visitor/Browsing User: Any individual who visits the open parts of LookMyProperty without registering.
- Services: LookMyProperty’s offerings, including real estate lead generation, digital marketing, web design, and graphic design.
- Scope of Services
LookMyProperty provides lead generation, digital marketing, web design, and graphic design services through subscription-based plans. Lead quality assurance of up to 10% is offered, but managing and converting leads is the User’s responsibility. Look My Property is not involved in property transactions.
- Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect when posted, and continued use of LookMyProperty implies your acceptance of the new terms.
- User Responsibilities
- Account Security: Users are responsible for keeping their account details secure and for any actions under their accounts.
- Prohibited Use: Users may not use LookMyProperty for illegal purposes, unauthorized data collection, or spreading false information.
- Data Submission: Users who share property information, images, or advertisements must have permission from the property owner and follow all relevant laws.
- Property Listings and Advertisements
- Information Accuracy: Users must provide accurate and complete details in property listings and advertisements, including ownership details and property dimensions.
- Legal Compliance: Users must follow all applicable laws, including the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, and state-specific regulations, and disclose any legal issues with properties.
- Disclaimer: LookMyProperty does not verify or endorse information submitted by Users and may remove listings that violate these terms.
- Lead Generation and Digital Marketing
- Lead Quality: LookMyProperty offers up to 10% assurance on lead quality based on the chosen plan. This covers lead authenticity but does not guarantee lead conversion.
- Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for managing, nurturing, and converting the leads provided. LookMyProperty is not liable for any unsuccessful transactions.
- Intellectual Property
All content on LookMyProperty, including property descriptions, images, and branding, is protected by copyright. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of LookMyProperty’s content is prohibited.
- Limitation of Liability
LookMyProperty and its affiliates are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services, including loss of profit or business opportunities.
- Privacy Policy
Your use of LookMyProperty is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and use your data. By using LookMyProperty, you agree to these practices.
- Account Termination
LookMyProperty reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice, especially if a User violates this Agreement or misuses the website.
- Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be handled in the courts of New Delhi, India.
